Return Policy
At Shisa & Co, your satisfaction is our priority. Every piece is crafted with care and high-quality materials, but in the rare case your jewellery arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we ensure a hassle-free exchange and refund process.
Eligibility for Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery for any damaged or incorrect item.
Jewellery must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
For exchanges not related to damage/incorrect product:
- Orders must be prepaid (COD orders are not eligible for non-damage exchanges due to product affordability).
- A nominal shipping fee may apply:
• ₹300 per transaction for COD orders
• ₹200 per transaction for prepaid orders (only when the reason is not damage/incorrect item).
Simple Exchange Process
1. Contact our support team at shisaco2@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 9821103626 within the eligibility window.
2. Provide your order details and reason for exchange.
3. For damaged/short/incorrect orders, please share a clear unboxing video highlighting the issue.
4. Once approved, return the item to us and inform us of your preferred replacement.
5. We will process your exchange and ship the new product.
Exchange Guidelines
- All returned jewellery will undergo a quality inspection before processing.
- We only accept exchanges for manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items.
- If your requested product is out of stock, we will offer:
• An alternate design, or
• A credit note for future purchases.
Please note:
- Jewellery purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Individual items from combo sets or gift boxes cannot be returned separately.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will initiate the refund/exchange within 7 working days.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after we collect your account details.
Please note: COD charges and shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
